Custom CRM Development

Seditio Asia builds custom CRM systems for organisations whose operating model does not fit packaged CRMs — bespoke platforms for managing customers, tenants, leads and relationships, engineered on the same foundations as the customer- and pipeline-management platforms we run in production.

Packaged CRMs are excellent — until your business stops resembling the sales pipeline they were designed around. Property managers track tenants, units and billing, not opportunities. Reputation businesses track reviews, locations and response workflows. B2B prospecting teams need enrichment and ranking logic no off-the-shelf CRM ships with. When companies force these models into a generic CRM, the result is a system full of misused fields, brittle customisations and staff working around the tool instead of through it.

Custom relationship management is quietly at the core of much of what Seditio builds. Pixreview manages customer reviews and engagement across Google, Facebook, SMS and email for SMB and enterprise customers in multiple countries. SectorSift manages prospect pipelines with AI-powered ranking and CRM-ready workflows. ManagedPMO manages tenant relationships across property portfolios, from access control to online billing. These are not CRM plug-ins; they are relationship platforms shaped around how each business actually operates — which is precisely the discipline custom CRM development requires.

When custom CRM development makes sense

Custom is not always the right answer, and we will say so when a configured Salesforce or HubSpot serves you better. But some conditions reliably justify a bespoke build.

  • Your core relationship is not a sales lead — it is a tenant, patient, member, reviewer or shipper
  • Your workflow depends on integrations, automation or ranking logic packaged CRMs cannot express
  • Per-seat licensing has become a tax on growing your team
  • The CRM must live inside your own product or platform, not beside it
  • Data ownership, residency or compliance rules out third-party CRM hosting
  • Years of workarounds have made the packaged CRM the bottleneck it was meant to remove

How we build relationship platforms

We start from your operating model, not from CRM convention: what the core relationship is, what states it moves through, who touches it and what must happen automatically. From there we design the data model, workflows, permissions and integrations — email, SMS, telephony, payments, marketing tools and your existing systems — and build on the same cloud-native, multi-tenant-capable foundations as our SaaS platforms, so the CRM scales with the business rather than being rebuilt for it.

Because we operate platforms long-term rather than shipping and leaving, we design for the unglamorous realities of CRM life: imports and migrations, deduplication, audit trails, reporting and the steady stream of workflow changes a living business generates.

Custom CRM for Asia-Pacific operating models

Asia-Pacific businesses often manage relationships in ways Western-designed CRMs handle poorly: multi-market customer bases spanning languages and currencies, mobile-first field teams, and channels like SMS that remain central in markets such as the Philippines. Building from Cebu, we design for these realities directly — as ManagedPMO does for property developers including Hong Kong Land and Primary Homes — and keep the build team inside your region's working day.

Frequently asked questions

Should we build a custom CRM or configure Salesforce or HubSpot?
Configure a packaged CRM if your process is fundamentally a sales pipeline and your customisations are cosmetic. Build custom when your core relationship or workflow does not fit that shape, when the CRM must be part of your own product, or when licensing and workaround costs have overtaken the cost of owning your own system. We give an honest recommendation at assessment stage — including, sometimes, that custom is not justified.
Can you migrate our data from an existing CRM?
Yes. Migration is planned as part of the build: we map fields from your current CRM or spreadsheets to the new data model, deduplicate and validate during transfer, and run the systems in parallel until the new platform is proven. Historical activity and relationship context come across, not just contact records.
Can AI features be built into a custom CRM?
Yes — this is one of the strongest arguments for custom. We build AI-powered platforms in production, including SectorSift's LLM-driven prospect ranking, and the same capability applies to CRMs: automatic enrichment, lead scoring, interaction summarisation and assistant-style retrieval over your relationship history, all grounded in your own data.
Who owns the CRM once it is built?
You do — code, data model, infrastructure configuration and the data itself, delivered in repositories and cloud accounts you control. There are no per-seat licences and no vendor who can reprice your core system; ongoing support from our team is available but never a lock-in.
