Pixreview 2.0: Rescuing and Rebuilding a Reputation Management SaaS
Pixreview came to Seditio after an underperforming agency left the product struggling. Seditio took over and rebuilt it end-to-end as Pixreview 2.0, a reputation management SaaS with Google, Facebook, SMS and email API integrations, now serving SMB and enterprise customers in multiple countries.
The challenge
Pixreview had a real market and a real product idea, but its previous agency was underperforming: the platform was not progressing at the pace the business needed, and confidence in the codebase and the delivery relationship had eroded. The company needed a partner who could take over an existing product, not just start a new one.
A reputation management platform lives or dies by its integrations — reviews arrive through Google and Facebook, and customer outreach travels over SMS and email. Any rebuild had to deliver these API integrations dependably while keeping the product moving for the customers already relying on it.
The Seditio solution
Seditio took over the product and rebuilt it end-to-end as Pixreview 2.0, replacing the troubled codebase with a platform engineered to be maintained and extended. Rather than patching around inherited problems, the rebuild gave Pixreview a foundation its business could grow on.
The new platform integrates with the Google and Facebook APIs for review management and with SMS and email channels for customer communication, bringing the full review lifecycle — capture, monitoring and response — into a single system built to serve both SMB and enterprise customers.
The outcome
Pixreview 2.0 now serves SMB and enterprise customers in multiple countries. A product that had stalled under its previous agency became a rebuilt, integration-rich SaaS platform with a long-term engineering partner behind it — Seditio has continued to develop the platform since taking it over in 2018.
