Privacy notice

This notice explains how Seditio Asia (part of Seditio Group, Dublin, Ireland, with its Asia-Pacific delivery centre in Cebu City, Philippines) handles personal information collected through seditio-asia.com. Last updated: 17 July 2026.

What we collect

• Contact enquiries: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, country, service interest, timeline, optional budget range and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a conversation continues, to manage the resulting business relationship.
• Analytics (optional): analytics cookies run only if you explicitly accept them via the consent banner. If you decline — or ignore the banner — no analytics are loaded.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical logs (IP address, request URL, user agent) for security and reliability purposes.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, consistent with the EU GDPR and the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any ensuing relationship, then delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Enquiry data is accessible to Seditio Group staff who handle new business, and processed by our email and hosting providers acting as processors.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing antonie@seditio.ie. You may also withdraw analytics consent by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the consent banner.
