Enterprise Web Application Development

Seditio Asia builds enterprise web applications — secure portals, operational platforms and progressive web apps — that put complex business capability in a browser for staff, customers and partners across Asia-Pacific, engineered from Cebu to European standards.

The browser is now the default delivery surface for enterprise capability. Done well, a web application gives every stakeholder — staff, residents, customers, field teams — instant access to the same live system with nothing to install and nothing to go out of date. Done poorly, it becomes a sluggish portal people work around. The difference is engineering: real application architecture, not a website with forms bolted on.

Seditio builds web applications that run real operations. ManagedPMO, the smart property-management platform we engineered with RoboMo Inc., handles IoT access control, elevator relay integration, QR scanning, utilities and online billing for developments operated by Hong Kong Land, Primary Homes and Momentum. At Mandani Bay in Cebu we integrated a progressive web app with that platform, giving residents an app-grade experience straight from the browser. The Jomalia Shipping booking platform, built from the ground up, runs passenger and cargo ferry bookings integrated with live logistics operations.

Enterprise web applications we build

Our engagements typically start with the operational problem — bookings that live in spreadsheets, residents queuing at a front desk, field data arriving by phone call — and end with a web application that becomes the system of record. We design the UX, engineer the application and its APIs, integrate the surrounding systems and devices, and deploy on cloud infrastructure sized for your user base.

  • Customer, resident and partner portals with secure authentication
  • Progressive web apps (PWAs) delivering app-grade experiences without app stores
  • Booking and reservation platforms integrated with live operations
  • Operational dashboards, billing and administrative back-offices
  • Web front-ends for IoT and device-driven systems, including QR hardware

Application architecture, not website plumbing

Enterprise web applications live or die on the parts users never see. We build API-first architectures in TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js, backed by managed SQL databases and deployed through CI/CD pipelines onto Google Cloud or AWS. Role-based access control, audit logging and monitoring are foundations, not afterthoughts.

Because Asia-Pacific users are overwhelmingly mobile-first, we treat responsive and progressive-web-app delivery as a core requirement rather than an enhancement. Our PWA work at Mandani Bay is the model: one codebase serving desktop administrators and mobile residents, installable to a home screen, resilient on variable network quality — without the cost and friction of separate native apps where they are not warranted.

Web applications built for Asia-Pacific realities

Asia-Pacific enterprise users reach web applications predominantly from mobile devices, often on variable network quality and across several languages and currencies. We engineer for that reality: mobile-first responsive interfaces, PWA capability for offline resilience and home-screen installation, internationalisation-ready front-ends and regional cloud deployment for low latency from Singapore to Sydney. Working from Cebu Business Park, our team builds and demos inside your business day, whether your users are in Manila, Hong Kong or Melbourne.

Frequently asked questions

Should we build a web application or a native mobile app?
Often a well-engineered progressive web app covers both: one codebase, installable on phones, no app-store friction, instant updates. That is the approach we took at Mandani Bay, integrating a resident PWA with the ManagedPMO platform. Where native capabilities or app-store presence genuinely matter, we advise honestly and can deliver native or React Native apps instead.
Can an enterprise web application integrate with physical devices?
Yes. ManagedPMO, which we engineered, integrates IoT access control, elevator relay systems and QR scanners with its web platform, and the Jomalia Shipping platform includes QR device integrations for passenger operations. Device integration is a core capability, not an add-on.
How do you secure enterprise web applications?
Security is designed in from architecture: role-based access control, encrypted transport and storage, audit logging, hardened authentication and dependency management through CI/CD. For regulated clients we extend this to compliance-grade controls — our ZoomRPM platform operates under HIPAA requirements.
Can you take over and extend an existing web application?
Yes. We regularly inherit systems built elsewhere, audit the codebase and infrastructure, stabilise what is running and then extend it incrementally — the approach behind our Pixreview rebuild. See our legacy software modernization service for how we structure takeovers.
