As one of Cebu's flagship waterfront developments, Mandani Bay needed a digital experience for its residents and property teams that matched the ambition of the development itself. An off-the-shelf app that ignored how the development actually ran would not do.

Mandani Bay already operated its own property management solution, so the real challenge was integration: any new resident-facing application had to work with the systems already in place rather than force the property team to run parallel processes.

Seditio delivered a customised version of the ManagedPMO progressive web application, adapting the proven property platform to Mandani Bay's requirements rather than building from zero. As a progressive web app, it gives residents and property staff a fast, app-like experience on any device without app-store friction.

Crucially, the application was integrated with Mandani Bay's existing property management solution, so the customised app and the development's established systems operate as one — extending what the property team already used rather than replacing it.
