React Native Development

Seditio Asia builds React Native applications that ship to iOS and Android from a single TypeScript codebase — delivered by a team whose core engineering stack is React and TypeScript, so your mobile app shares standards, tooling and often code with your web platform.

React Native remains the pragmatic choice for most business mobile apps: one codebase, two app stores, native rendering and access to device capabilities, at roughly the engineering cost of a single platform. The catch is that React Native rewards teams who are genuinely strong in React and TypeScript, and punishes those who treat it as a shortcut — performance tuning, native module work and upgrade management all demand real engineering depth.

That depth is Seditio's home ground. TypeScript and React sit at the centre of our stack across the platforms we build and operate, and our mobile work — from ZoomRPM's cross-device patient experience within a HIPAA-compliant monitoring platform to the resident-facing apps of ManagedPMO — has taught us what production mobile software demands: security, offline resilience, device integration and disciplined releases. We bring that platform experience to every React Native engagement.

What our React Native service includes

We deliver React Native as a complete product capability, not a coding service. Engagements cover product and UX design, the React Native application itself, the APIs and cloud infrastructure behind it, app-store submission and the release pipeline that keeps versions flowing after launch.

  • iOS and Android apps from one TypeScript codebase
  • Native module integration for device capabilities — camera, QR, Bluetooth, notifications
  • Shared logic and design systems across web and mobile
  • API and cloud back-end development to power the app
  • App-store submission, CI/CD release pipelines and over-the-air updates
  • Audits, rescues and upgrades of existing React Native apps

Why a React-first team matters for React Native

React Native quality tracks the quality of the React engineering underneath: state management, rendering discipline, type safety and testing. Because our web platforms are built in React, Next.js and TypeScript, our engineers work in one coherent ecosystem rather than context-switching between unrelated stacks — and your web and mobile products can share validation logic, API clients and design tokens instead of drifting apart.

It also matters commercially. A single senior team covering web, mobile and back-end means one roadmap, one set of standards and no finger-pointing between vendors when something spans the boundary — which, in real products, almost everything eventually does.

React Native for Asia-Pacific products

Asia-Pacific audiences skew heavily towards Android and mid-range devices, which makes React Native's single-codebase economics compelling — provided the app is tuned for the hardware people actually own. We set performance budgets against representative devices, engineer for variable network conditions, and structure apps for the multilingual, multi-currency requirements of regional products. From Cebu, our team ships and supports releases inside Philippine, Singaporean, Hong Kong and Australian business hours.

Frequently asked questions

Is React Native right for our app, or should we go native?
For most business and consumer apps, React Native delivers native-quality results at materially lower cost, with one codebase to maintain. Fully native development earns its premium mainly for graphics-intensive or deeply platform-specific applications. We assess your requirements honestly — and if a progressive web app would serve you better still, we will say so.
Can React Native apps integrate with hardware and device features?
Yes. React Native provides access to native device capabilities through native modules, and device integration is core Seditio territory — our platforms connect to QR scanners, IoT access control and medical devices in production. Camera, biometrics, Bluetooth and push notifications are all well within scope.
Can you take over an existing React Native codebase?
Yes. We audit the codebase, dependencies and release setup, stabilise what users depend on, then modernise incrementally — the same disciplined takeover approach we applied when rebuilding Pixreview after a previous agency could not deliver.
Do you build the back-end too, or just the app?
Both. Most engagements include the APIs, database and cloud infrastructure behind the app, engineered by the same team in the same TypeScript ecosystem, so the whole product ships and evolves as one system.
