AI Workshops & Corporate Training
Seditio Asia delivers AI workshops and corporate training for executives and teams — including the AI for Business Masterclass, which has trained more than 300 executives across 25+ cohorts since 2023 — taught by practitioners who build production AI systems.
Most corporate AI training fails in one of two directions: too abstract to act on, or too technical for the people who make the decisions. The gap in the market is training built by practitioners — people who ship LLM features, automation and agentic AI into production systems — and translated for business audiences who need to decide, prioritise and lead, not programme.
That is the training Seditio runs. The AI for Business Masterclass series has trained more than 300 executives across 25+ cohorts since 2023, with clients including Dublin Airport Authority, AXA Insurance and Irish Life. Our founder delivered the keynote 'AI Transformation in Global Shared Services' at Mercedes-Benz Shared Services in 2024, has run 'AI Workflow Automation & AI Agents' programmes with VEI Philippines through 2024–2025, and teaches over 600 online learners on Udemy across AI and B2B growth courses.
Programmes we deliver
Every programme is adapted to the organisation — its industry, its data, its actual workflows — because generic AI training produces generic enthusiasm and no change. Formats range from half-day executive briefings to multi-session cohort programmes.
- AI for Business Masterclass — executive-level AI literacy, strategy and use-case identification
- AI workflow automation & AI agents — practical programmes on automating real business processes
- Executive briefings & keynotes for leadership teams and corporate events
- Team-level enablement — embedding AI tools into daily workflows safely and productively
- Follow-on advisory to turn workshop outputs into a prioritised adoption roadmap
Taught by builders, not presenters
The material comes from production experience. Seditio's teams ship LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation and agentic AI in platforms operating today — from pharmacovigilance literature screening to an agentic performance-management assistant — so workshop examples are drawn from systems we have built, with honest accounts of what worked, what failed and what it cost.
That grounding changes the outcome. Participants leave with use-cases mapped to their own operations and a realistic sense of effort and risk, rather than a tour of vendor demos. It is also why organisations that begin with a workshop frequently continue into AI strategy or development engagements.
AI training for Asia-Pacific organisations
We deliver training on both sides of the world — European clients have included Dublin Airport Authority, AXA Insurance and Irish Life, while in the Philippines we have run AI workflow automation and AI-agent programmes with VEI through 2024–2025. From our Cebu base, in-person and live-online delivery fits naturally into Singapore, Hong Kong, Australian and Philippine business hours, with content adapted to each organisation's market context.
Frequently asked questions
- Who is the AI for Business Masterclass for?
- Executives and senior managers who must make AI decisions — where to invest, what to automate, how to govern adoption — without needing to write code. More than 300 executives have completed the programme across 25+ cohorts since 2023, from organisations including Dublin Airport Authority, AXA Insurance and Irish Life.
- Are the workshops technical or strategic?
- Both formats exist, matched to the audience. Executive programmes focus on strategy, use-case selection and governance; team-level programmes such as our AI workflow automation and AI-agents training are hands-on, working with real tools against the participants' own processes. Many organisations combine the two.
- Can training be tailored to our industry and workflows?
- Yes — it should be, and we consider it essential. We adapt every programme to your sector and operations, drawing on delivery experience across healthcare, property, HR, travel, insurance, aviation and retail, so examples and exercises map onto decisions your teams actually face.
- What happens after the workshop?
- The best programmes end with momentum, so we structure outputs deliberately: prioritised use-cases, a realistic view of effort and risk, and — where wanted — follow-on advisory to build the adoption roadmap. Organisations that decide to build often continue with our AI development teams, though the training stands on its own.
